IKEA is hiring for a part-time Customer Relations role in Schaumburg, IL. You will help with loading/unloading, stocking shopping tools, and assisting customers across services like Exchanges & Returns and Click & Collect. The position offers 12–19.5 hours per week, with weekend open availability and a pay of $17.50 per hour. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly car loading and unloading services and keep the loading zone clean.
• Ensure shopping tools (carts, bags, maps) are stocked and maintained during store hours.
• Monitor conditions of tools and report IT issues; remove unsafe stands or tools.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues; escalate to a manager when needed.
• Support in Full Serve Hand Out, Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect as needed.
• Create a positive customer experience by accurate order handoff during Click & Collect.
