IKEA USA is hiring a part-time Retail Carts Co-worker in Paramus, NJ to help create a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You will load and unload carts, stock tools, and support returns, exchanges, and click-and-collect as needed.

You will join a diverse team focused on customer service, safety, and smooth operations. The role emphasizes reliability for weekend and weekday shifts, with pay at $19.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits menu for eligible co-workers.

Qualificações

• Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and walking frequently.
• Working Conditions: Outdoor 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Provide loading/unloading services and keep the loading zone clean.
• Ensure carts and shopping tools are stocked and maintained.
• Support in other customer service areas such as Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect as needed.
• Create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff and friendly service.
