Job summary

Associa in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Caretaker to perform custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks at Western Row Condominiums in St. Paul. You will help keep common areas clean, safe, and operating efficiently for residents and visitors, with an hourly schedule Monday through Friday.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, a High School diploma or GED, 0–3 years of related experience, and a willingness to work with safety regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cleaning and maintenance schedule for common areas.
• Perform routine housekeeping and interior/exterior maintenance.
• Maintain grounds upkeep and outdoor tidiness.
• Provide on-call coverage for urgent building needs.
• Inspect the property and report issues to management.
• Operate on-site tractor to move garbage and recycling.
• Keep logs of tasks, issues, and repairs.
