Job summary

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in St Paul, Minnesota. The role includes maintenance tasks, cleaning, move-ins, and duties to support residents.

The position offers a 19.50–20.50 USD hourly wage, health and dental insurance, PTO, holiday pay, life insurance, EAP, wellness rebate, education reimbursement, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Availability Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
• Good attention to detail and ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Performs minor maintenance, cleans common areas, handles apartment turns and move out inspections, completes work orders, and maintains grounds.
• Administrative duties: maintains an inventory of supplies, completes move-in paperwork, shows vacant units to prospective residents.

Accessible Space, Inc. provides accessible affordable apartments for persons with physical disabilities as well as seniors and veterans. We are seeking an experienced full time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in St Paul!

Caretaker Unit

2 bedroom caretaker unit available rent free (not required)

Responsibilities

• Preforms minor maintenance, cleaning common areas, apartment turns and move out inspections, work order request completions, and grounds maintenance.
• Administrative duties: maintaining an inventory of supplies, completing move in paperwork, showing vacant units to prospective residents.
