Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in the clients' homes in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside of the home.

Full and part-time positions available. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal development.
• Support clients in the community to achieve goals beyond the home.
