ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities while helping clients engage with the community to reach personal goals outside the home.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay and a virtual interview process are included, and background checks will be completed as part of the

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
