Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while promoting independence.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are provided to help you succeed and grow with our community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to grow personal goals.
