Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities in clients' homes and through community outings.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay. The Virtual Interview Process makes applying easy, and benefit opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Must have reliable transportation to assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home caregiver support to recipients.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
