Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You’ll support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while aiding community involvement to strengthen personal goals outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and community outings to support goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress and changes in condition.
