Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals beyond the home environment.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Expect paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and various benefit opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for recipients.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
