Mosaic Management in Surprise, AZ is seeking a caring caregiver to support residents in a senior living community. You will build meaningful connections, provide compassionate care, and help residents live each day with dignity and joy.

Responsibilities include daily resident care, health monitoring, documentation, and engagement activities. A high school diploma, English communication, and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long‑term care valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Arizona caregiver certificate, Food handler’s card, Fingerprint clearance card, CPR Certificate.

Key Responsibilities

• Resident Care & Support
• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long‑term care experience strongly valued.
