Job summary

Mosaic Management is seeking a caring Caregiver to join our senior living community in Oregon. You will build meaningful connections, provide compassionate support, and help residents live each day with dignity and joy.

In this role you will perform hands-on care, assist with meals and mobility, monitor residents, and document observations in accordance with policies. A high school diploma and English communication skills are required; experience in caregiving is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report changes to Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care and observations in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage residents in activities and social engagement.
