Job summary

Mosaic-Management,-Inc is seeking a Caregiver Memory Care in our senior living community. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care and help residents live with dignity and joy.

The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring comfort, and documenting observations in line with Mosaic policies. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, patience, and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or Memory care experience strongly valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
