Job summary

Mosaic Management seeks a caring Caregiver for Memory Care in our senior living community. You will provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents, helping with daily activities and promoting dignity and joy.

The role requires teamwork, reliable communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Healthcare or memory care experience is preferred, with a genuine desire to support seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, healthcare or Memory care experience valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
