Job summary

Mosaicms is seeking a caring Caregiver to support residents in our senior living community. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, and help residents live with dignity and joy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and empathy for seniors, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Arizona caregiving and safety certifications are required or strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare/long-term care valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Arizona caregiver certificate.
• Food handler's card.
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
