Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Active, energetic attitude to care for residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).
• Create empathetic connections with residents.
• Support residents with daily activities and community engagement.
