Qualifications

• Maine MHRT/C certification required.
• FULL MHRT/C certification with degree/certificate is acceptable.
• PROVISIONAL certification path available with related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at office, home, or community to check progress and goals.
• Help clients apply for housing, MaineCare, SNAP, and disability benefits.
• Make calls to schedule medical appointments and address landlord/provider issues.
• Accompany clients to appointments or arrange transportation.
• Connect clients with food pantries, employment programs, support groups, and counseling.
• Document visits in the electronic records system.

Education

Maine MHRT/C certification

Bachelor's degree in a social-services field
