Qualifications

• This role requires Maine MHRT/C certification and related educational paths.
• Candidates may qualify with a MHRT/C credential or a bachelor’s degree in a social-services field.
• LSW license or related certifications are acceptable for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at our office, in their homes, or in the community to check in on progress and goals.
• Help clients apply for housing, MaineCare, SNAP, and disability benefits.
• Make calls with clients to schedule medical appointments or address problems with landlords and other providers.
• Accompany clients to appointments or arrange transportation through MTM/ModivCare.
• Connect clients with food pantries, employment programs, support groups, counseling, and other community resources.
• Document visits in our electronic records system after sessions.
