Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks a Part-Time Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team. You will assist with basic patient care, transfer and transport of medications, and collaboration with RNs to ensure quality care in the Cardiovascular Care Unit.

Required Montana CNA certification and BLS, along with solid computer literacy and strong communication skills. The role involves varied shifts and a commitment to safety and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Must have Montana CNA certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong computer literacy and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care: toileting, bathing, mobility, linen changes, and comfort measures.
• Record patient data and changes in condition promptly.
• Support telemetry duties and monitor patients as required.
• Assist RN and health care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May act as Health Unit Coordinator ( phones, orders, unit records ).
• Uphold safety standards and emergency response practices.
