Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Dubois store. You’ll greet guests, advise on cannabis products, and process transactions with care while maintaining a welcoming environment.

You'll support store operations, upsell complementary items, and help meet daily sales goals in a fast-paced, compliant setting. Weekend availability preferred and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution skills and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build rapport and provide personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures.
• Check IDs, process transactions accurately.
