You will greet guests, upsell products, handle cash, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced, compliant environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience, with POS/cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience
• Minimum 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Build genuine connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues for customer satisfaction
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs
• Work with team to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat store atmosphere
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures
• Process transactions accurately and check IDs
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized from floor to backroom
• Support inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge
