Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, answer questions, upsell products, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires accurate cash handling, POS experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help maintain store standards, assist with inventory tasks, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role with focus on service.
• At least 6 months experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, informative, and engaging guest experience and upsell where appropriate.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, follow procedures, and verify IDs.
• Meet daily sales targets through product knowledge and upselling, while staying aligned with promotions.
