Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Findlay, OH for a part-time role (18-25 hours/week, weekends strongly preferred). You will greet customers, explain products, and process transactions while delivering outstanding service and building trust with guests.

You will help maintain store standards, upsell effectively, and stay aligned with promotions. If you enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused retail environment and cannabis products, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• At least 6 months of experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers and team members.
• Strong multitasking abilities and willingness to learn new tools.
