Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate (Part Time) in Ohio. You’ll be the face of the brand, helping guests explore cannabis products and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role involves greeting customers, offering informed product advice, processing sales, and supporting store operations with a positive, inclusive attitude. The job is part-time (18–25 hours/week) with weekend availability, and it includes opportunities to grow with a leading cannabis company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 6 months using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide product recommendations and store guidance.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and balance till.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Support loyalty sign-ups and rewards programs.
