Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teammates.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Treez POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, answering questions and recommending products.
• Deliver an educational customer experience aligned with brand standards.
• Support store sales goals by promoting products and loyalty programs.
• Communicate and execute sales and marketing initiatives as directed.
