TRULIEVE is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time in Florida. The role focuses on educating customers about cannabis products, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old (18+ in CT/PA/WV), and cash handling experience. Flexible hours with benefits and a focus on patient satisfaction are offered.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects; guide purchases per state regs.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with returns in accordance with policy.
