Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Part-Time Dispensary Associate in Florida to guide patients through product selection and purchases, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced medical cannabis environment. You will educate customers on products, assist with order processing, and maintain a clean, compliant store floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 21 (18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Process patient orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies and procedures and assist with delivery/online orders as needed.
