Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part-Time to guide customers through their cannabis journey with product knowledge and stellar service. You will help customers select items, explain effects and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires a high-school diploma or equivalent, 21+ (18+ in some states) and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be 21 years of age (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication in verbal and written form.
• Must work well without supervision and in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Able to interact with customers and team respectfully and politely.
• Must communicate in conversational English and operate electronic equipment (computer, laptop).
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

• Document customer issues in profiles and maintain a tidy workstation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
