Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate for Part-Time shifts in our Retail team. You will guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on product benefits and potential side effects, and efficiently process orders while upholding state regulations and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements include a high-school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old (18+ in PA/CT/WV), cash handling experience, and prior retail/customer service.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 21 (18 in PA/CT/WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Process orders and assist with purchases; maintain a clean, stocked workstation.
• Follow Trulieve policies, support delivery/online orders as needed.
