Job summary

Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate-Part Time in Florida to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on products and effects, and facilitate purchases per state regulations. You will deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting, working with a team and leadership to resolve issues.

The role requires a high-school diploma, 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV), cash handling experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA and WV)
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
• Must have prior cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent people skills and effective communication (verbal and written)
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism with all levels of staff
• Able to follow written/oral instructions
• Able to interact with customers politely and respectfully
• English conversational ability to work with customers and team; operate computers and devices
• Must pass a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers
• Educate customers about cannabis products and effects while ensuring compliance
• Process patient orders promptly and accurately
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation
• Assist with returns per company policy
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues
• Support online orders and deliveries as needed
