Job summary

Trulieve in Bristol, CT is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to guide customers through cannabis products, educate on benefits and side effects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ (18+ in CT) age, cash handling, retail/customer service experience, and ability to work evenings and weekends. Flexible hours up to 25 hours/week; benefits with a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT) and able to pass a background check.
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on product benefits and effects within state guidelines.
• Process orders promptly and accurately for in-store and online.
• Assist with returns per company policy and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
