Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail or cannabis retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication.
• Able to follow state and local cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience while maintaining store compliance.
• Guide customers through sales transactions with advice and knowledge as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor, displays, and menus are up-to-date and accurate.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders for pickup.
• Maintain a positive, customer-service oriented work environment.
• Develop product knowledge to offer up-to-date information.
