Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Dispensary Associates at our Boston, MA location. You will guide customers through cannabis purchases, maintain compliance, and operate POS in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail, hospitality, or cannabis retail experience is a plus and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through cannabis purchases and provide informed recommendations.
• Maintain store compliance and operations, manage inventory and POS tasks.
• Ensure displays, menus, and stock are accurate and up-to-date.
• Process orders, fulfill and stage pickup items, and assist with store cleanliness.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries in-store, online, and by phone.
