Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. is hiring Part‑Time Dispensary Associates in Ellicott City to guide customers through cannabis purchasing, provide informed product descriptions, and ensure accurate, fast service in a busy retail environment.

Roles feature 15–29 hours per week with flexible weekday AM/PM shifts and open availability on weekends. Cannabis retail experience is a plus; strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills; cannabis POS software a plus.
• Must be compliant with regulatory requirements for cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience and ensure operational integrity in‑store.
• Guide customers through sales transactions with advice and knowledge as needed.
• Keep sales floor stocked, displays up‑to‑date, and store clean and inviting.
• Fulfill and pack customer orders; manage pick‑ups on the sales floor.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures; assist leadership as directed.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries in store, online, and over the phone.
• Accurately handle POS transactions and cash management.
• Enter data accurately and support achievement of team goals.
