Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Budtender to deliver a world-class customer experience in our Albany-area cannabis retail location. You will promote compliant service, maintain product knowledge, and drive sales while upholding PharmaCann’s hospitality standards.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic retail team. You will be responsible for accurate POS transactions, stock awareness, and patient/customer education, ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older as per state regulations.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in retail.
• Strong math and analytical skills for sales and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage a register with accuracy and honesty.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Deliver world-class hospitality and customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and cannabis regulations.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, organized POS area and comply with safety policies.
• Support flexibility in scheduling including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Assist with additional duties as needed (inventory, outreach, merchandising).
