PharmaCann, Inc. is hiring a Part Time Budtender to deliver world-class customer experiences at our Maryland cannabis retail location. The Budtender will promote a compliant, service-oriented environment and drive sales while maintaining product knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Weekend/evening availability is expected, with a starting pay of $17 per hour. The role requires strong customer service, POS accuracy, and the ability to educate customers on cannabis products, with a focus on

Qualifications

Minimum 21 years of age per state regulations.
High School diploma is required.
Minimum 2 years' experience with customer service in fast-paced retail.
Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts and figures.
Intermediate-level math skills.
Proven expertise to accurately manage a register.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities
