Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer service and coach team members.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and ensure daily priorities and standards are met.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments to assist customers and meet business needs.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members per company policies.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, replenishment, POS transactions, and other operational tasks.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and store standards.
