Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and provide direction to team members in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with opening/closing responsibilities and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned.
• Coach and support store team members to meet priorities and standards.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, replenishment, and POS transactions to maintain a ready store.
