Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly per site protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors with directions and building access questions.
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately and communicate them to supervision.
