Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (state of job location).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.
