Penn State is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work Monday through Friday, from 10am to 2pm, in the gated campus parking decks. The role involves screening permit holders, assisting entry and exit, and guiding customers to available spaces.

Transportation Services is seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, with prior customer service preferred. The job requires the ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, while outdoors.
The starting rate for this job is $14 per hour.
