Responsibilities

• Assist with daily upkeep and maintenance of the building and campus.
• Perform minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
• Record meter readings and monitor operating conditions at intervals.
• Adjust HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems as needed.
• Move furniture and equipment; assist with event setup and teardown.
• Perform routine cleaning and waste removal; restrooms servicing.
