Job summary

Qualifications

• Current FCC student enrolled at Frederick Community College.
• Ability to navigate Career Coach, College Central, and Focus2 platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and determine needs related to Career Services, Employment, Advising, and Transfer.
• Assist with accessing Degree Plans, College Central Network, and other resources.
• Promote advising and registration dates at campus events and assist with registrations.
• Support social media promotion and event logistics for ROAR, Career, and Transfer activities.
• Answer phones and manage Navigate Student appointment flow.
