Job summary

The successful candidate will assist with career fairs, resume and LinkedIn support, and presentations, while gaining experience in customer service, research, and networking.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an office environment and professional writing.
• Able to work 12–18 hours per week.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Increase students' familiarity with Handshake and Focus2.
• Assist with career fairs and campus events.
• Edit students' resumes and cover letters.
• Help students create or update LinkedIn profiles.
• Assist with data management and research projects.
• Deliver presentations to promote programs and resources.
• Provide one-to-one and group peer mentoring for Learn & Earn students.
• Support OCIL staff with administrative tasks.
