Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development or equivalent education/experience with at least 1 year of program management experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate effectively with diverse youth and partners.
• Familiarity with BGCA and local programs.

• Demonstrate and promote Core Values.
• Implement Curriculum.
• Recruit and retain participants to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and parents.
• Supervise staff training and staff development for program staff.
• Organize and evaluate programming including Core Program Areas.
• Provide instruction and manage Club rules and discipline.
• Coordinate staff meetings and delegate duties.
• Meet with volunteers and orientate them to the Club environment.
• Coordinate public relations and membership recruitment in targeted area.
• Assist in guiding members to appropriate program choices.
• Facilitate staff meetings and solicit input for improvement.
• Manage day-to-day Club operations and data collection.
• Submit paperwork and meet deadlines.
