Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Community Marketing Assistant to support grassroots outreach, campus events, and brand activations around Boulder. This temporary, part-time role engages prospective residents and partners to increase awareness and leasing opportunities, working closely with the onsite marketing and leasing teams.

You\'ll help coordinate events, distribute materials, and gather feedback while representing the Core Spaces brand with professionalism.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, enthusiastic approach to representing the Core brand.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel to outreach locations.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the community at campus outreach, events, and promotional activities.
• Distribute marketing materials and engage prospects with brand-aligned conversations.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown and manage supplies.
• Engage with students and local partners to boost brand visibility.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and track outreach activities.
