DataMind Technologies in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Call Center Manager to own the full sales cycle. This part-time leadership role includes driving demo bookings, addressing Hand-off gaps, and developing multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads.

You will also create compelling collateral and outreach copy, guiding partners through co-marketing opportunities while steering Omnichannel adoption for the Michigan team.

• Push Omnichannel Support adoption so the MI team stops flying blind
• Create sales collateral, decks, and proposals that move prospects forward
• Draft the cold-outreach copy that survives a manager buyer's inbox
• Walk MI partners through co-marketing they'll say yes to
