Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Company Orientation, Safety training, and eCommerce Online Ordering training upon hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to cake buyers.
• Decorate cakes per VTAs to ensure quality presentation.
• Take cake orders by phone or in person with high accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in the work area.
