Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high volume and/or fine dining restaurant, required.
• ServSafe certification, preferred.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Experience working with children, preferred.
• Ease of use with restaurant computer systems, preferred.
• Physically demanding position; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and inform guests of food and beverage options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; suggest items for guests with allergies.
• Address customer concerns and requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide efficient service including upselling, timely delivery, table checks via Infogenesis register.
• Follow safety guidelines and sanitation laws; support team with events and store activities.
