Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant host or related customer service role preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability required.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them while managing waitlists.
• Handle large crowds professionally and resolve service issues diplomatically.
• Create a pleasant dining ambiance via lighting, music and table placement.
• Communicate setup and birthday information to the team.
• Share information on store and restaurant events with guests.
• Assist staff and utilize reservation and POS systems.
